Location!
Cleanliness was the major issue. Also that the apartment is above the restaurant service areas, so lots of noise and smells late into the night and early morning. The apartment is a bit tired in places to, and simple things (like the clothes airer) are broken and need to be replaced (or fixed etc)

Fantastic location in heart of city. Simple yet homely furniture and facilities. Didn’t use kitchen, bar kettle, but basics in cupboards for any cooking needs. Easy instructions for access. Added a lot value to a leisurely trip.
Biggest complaint is heavy fire doors and even that isn’t much of a complaint.

Good location. Easy to get any places.
There is curtain in the bathroom was dirty with moldy. There is fan in the bathroom was dirty. Speed of internet is too slow. Somebody always smoked under window. It was noisy like in hell from restaurant and waterplumbing in the wardrobe. Any calm night with good sleeping.

The location was great: right in the historical center within walking distance to every place of interest
However, the experience with the owners was a bit disappointing. When I asked for an extra blanket, they refused, saying they weren’t a hotel and didn’t have any. Oddly, I had seen at least two blankets in the wardrobe that didn’t appear very clean. This aspect could definitely be improved.
